FAQ’s
Here are some Frequently asked questions that we hope we can answer and improve your experience while shopping with us
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Las Vegas, Nevada
Q: Are your products made in America?
A: YES! We make every item as it is ordered, we do not stock inventory. We use only the highest quality materials Orajet vinyl and Eco-Solvent ink for the longest lasting, best looking decals
Q: What are your processing times?
A: Order processing times are currently 2-3 business days – for example: if you order on a Monday it would ship Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday it would ship Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.
Q: What shipping services do you provide?
A: All of our packages are shipped USPS First Class as standard – this only provides tracking if the decal size is larger than 14” – you will get tracking information in your order confirmation email if your package had tracking. We offer several shipping upgrades at checkout from adding tracking to priority mail and UPS overnight. Please note upgrading your shipping speed DOES NOT upgrade the time in which it takes to process your order
Q: How long should it take to receive my order?
A: USPS first class has a transit time of 3-9 days, at times USPS still experiences intermittent delays and we ask our customer to be as patient as possible and allow up to 15 days for their order to arrive, if after 15 days it has not arrived please let us know and we will confirm your address and ship a new order at that time. Please understand that speed at which USPS delivers the packages is out of our control, we do everything we can to get them into the mail as quickly as possible but after we have given it to USPS it is out of our control.
Q: How are the decals measured? I only see one size?
A: The size you order is based on the LONGEST side, some decals that would be width and some it will be height, if you need exact measurements you can email us at orders@neal.c4grafx.com; ask a question in the item; open a chat window or call us at 702-935-8788 M-F 9am-5pm PST
Q: Does the decal have a black background?
A: No, the decal does not have a black background, that is just in the listing image, the decal is cut around the white border that you see around the perimeter of the image.
Q: Do you make custom decals?
A: YES! We love to work with customers on custom requests, many of our listed items are from customer requests! You can start by emailing us the image you are interested in having us make. You can email a vector graphic image (SVG, PDF or AI) to custom@neal.c4grafx.com. If you do not have one of these formats we might be able to work with a high resolution PNG or JPG file, a screen shot off a website is NOT a high resolution file. We do not do custom graphic design work so if you need something created we recommend visiting Fiverr.com and you can find a graphic designer for $5-$10 who can create what you are looking for in vector file formats. If you have any additional questions on custom orders you can call us at 702-935-8788 M-F 9am-5pm PST
Q: How do I install these?
A: We include a directions card in every order but some of you are more visual learners there are thousands of Youtube videos on how to install your decal, here are a few links but there are lots of options to watch:

Q: What will these stick to?
A: Almost anything that is flat and smooth, wood, concrete, plastic, glass, metal etc. These will stick to fabric or flexible surfaces but will not stay on for long. These are also not iron on. If you applying to a painted surface it is best if the paint is flat or primer, many new paints have additives to make them easy to clean, which makes things harder to stick to them so sometimes a light sanding can help with adhesion. The ink is solvent based so it is waterproof.
Q: Can I apply a sealer over the top of these to protect them?
A: YES! The ink is also solvent based so any sealer from epoxy to water based poly will be fine over the top of the decal and is recommended to protect the ink from scratches and scuffs as the decals are not laminated.
